Webclient Windows credential SSL

Hi,
Have a problem with a NAV running windows credentials type.
NAV RTC works fine.
Web client works only with Administrator, not with other users.
SSL certificate is set up, and web server is set up to use SSL cert over HTTPS.
How come I can only connect with administrator. And is it even possible to use windows credential over webclient to an external domain?
