Adding a new schema in Commerce Gateway 4.0

Hello,
I need to add a new document schema to Commerce Gateway 4.0: a customer needs to receive Warehouse Shipments from a vendor, and I want to import them into Navision.
I think to use Biztalk 2004 and Commerce Gateway, but Warehouse Shipments are not among the standard documents supported by CG; looking at the Microsoft documentation, it should be possible to add a new schema, but I didn't find HOW.
Could you please help me?
