POS Printing error in LS Retail

Dear Friends,

I don't know whether its right place to talk or not but I am facing some problem while
printing POS pill with POS Receipt Printer.

Hardware profile setup is done with OPOS Printer. When check it is giving state=2. but If try print bill

it is giving error.

Please help me.
