Assembly order based unit of measurement issue

Hi there, I am currently running a setup for manufacturing module.
I found that NAV will always get the based uom under assembly order and planning worksheet as well.

My question is, how to setup different uom for the particular assembly order plus planning worksheet as well as if we wanted to use a different uom calculation instead of based uom.
Any alternative workaround idea?
