Email Segments with Attachments (PDF)

Hi,
Does anyone have a method of emailing a merged word document (from codeunit 5054) with a PDF attachment? We are using the merged word document as the source of the email body. The PDF can be sourced from anywhere (eg posted purchase invoice) and will saved to a folder before the emailing.
