Classic Report not printing lines

A customer asked me to look at a report which when "written" was apparently derived from the Sales Shipment report and is now a 5k range report. The issue was the customer wanted the report print comments. When I took a look, all the standard code was in the report to print the comments, but nothing was coming out. Using the debugger and CONFIRM statements in the Section, I do know for a fact SHOWOUTPUT is TRUE and there is data to be printed, but still nothing is on the report. I've never seen anything like this, and am hoping someone here can offer some advice. This is version 2009, but the report is a Classic report...

    The usual issue is conflicting ShowOutput options. Not easy to resolve via a forum as likely to be a coding issue.
    Please send the exported report object to neil@fpconsult.co.uk and I will look at.
