I have successfully installed User Portal but i was not able to open a Resource Journal Form through link sytem through ERROR"Invalid xml Format".

I am not able to configure User Portal. After installing user portal there are no Forms & User Directories in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\dashboards.
Is there any process to create them
