Client can not create the automation Instance in NAV 2013 R2

Dear all,

NAV 2013 R2 RTC Client could not create a the instance & gets hanged in the below mention line.

IF ISCLEAR(ACR1) THEN BEGIN
   CREATE(ACR1, FALSE, TRUE);
END;

What is the reason behind it ?
Please reply.

Interesting thing is that yesterday I had worked with this dll (automation) in NAV but today it is giving me the error message the system could not create the instance & get hanged.
