Generic Failure - NAV 2015/2013R2 administration

Hi guys,

I installed and it works fine, but from yesterday I am receiving this message when I start NAV 2015 or NAV 2013 R2 Administration tool (picture generic_failure.png). All my services are working when I go to Services, but I cant edit services in NAV Administration tool.

Do You know what is the cause and what should be solution for this error?

Event viewer is empty, and does not show any warning or error when I start administration tool.

    Have you checked the event viewer to see if there are any errors or warnings associated with the service tier?

    Yes, I checked and there is only Information level events. Even when I start and stop my only service for NAV 2015 level is information.

    I found the solution. Few weeks ago I created service with powershell for another build of NAV 2015. Then I uninstalled Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015 and removed all builds (service build folder) but service which I created with PowerShell stay in Services in Windows so now I deleted this service with command sc delete [ServiceName] and everything worked fine.
