NAV2013R2 Standard Outlook Synchronziation

Hi all,

I encounter an issue as per below and version used is NAV2013R2.
Synchronization is only between certain fields in NAV Contact table to MS Outlook Contact.

Issue is synchronization does happen but not 100% successful. For example, 800 out of 1,000 are synchronized successfully and only 200 failed to go through.
I have checked the data integrity for this 200 contacts and found no issue with data. Technical investigation was also conducted and it seems fine.

Further in-depth technical analysis reveals that it could be due to AD permission issue.
Does anyone else have similar experience and can share with me?

    Hi Jason and Mary,

    yes we do have similar issues with that with our customers.
    We took this problem one step further and created our own automation for the synchronization with Outlook.
    It uses a buffer table to communicate with outlook, so all processes inside NAV.
