Job Queue Problem in Nav2009

Hi,

I have a problem using the job queue in nav2009 i want to ask to see if anyone knows what's happen.

I have a scheduled task in Jobqueue entry that runs Quote Report and then send by email this...

When I execute the process manually it works perfectly but when i run this by scheduled task it puts in log entry the start time but it seems like if the process were blocked, because never ends and the mail was not send...

Anyone knows.. what can be?
