PROBLEM with the APP!
I ran into some trouble with the App (Dynamics NAV) downloaded from the Windows Store. It seems like I cannot connect to the server from the app, but I have no trouble when using the same UBL in the browser.
It is in a multitenant environment, where we have installed the Certificat in the Hosted Server, where NAV is installed. So no Certificate problems. We have also tried to shut Down the firewall but with no success.
When we use the UBL adress in the app we are able to enter username and password, but then an error appears saying "not able to connect to server". However when we enter a wrong username or password, it appears with an error that the username or password is wrong. --> Therefore I would say that we do connect to the server, more or less
Do any have the same problem or even better, a solution ???
