Service Tier Server out of memory during data upgrade step 2

Hi,
I'm busy with an upgrade from NAV5.1 SP to NAV2015. I am executing Task 8 Run the Data Upgrade to perform upgrade step 2.
The situation is that the Service Tier server runs out of memory. First the server had 8 GB RAM. After the first attempt we extended the memory to 12 GB. The first part of the Data Upgrade went OK. The problem is in the part where the dimensions are upgraded. It is a 63 GB database, but with 84 million Ledger Entry Dimensions.
Anybody has an idea what causes this out of memory issue, and off course how to solve it, besides extend the server memory again.

I have faced locking issue in NL database while running upgrade step 2.
Please check whether you have records of Table ID 11401 in "Journal Line Dimension" table.
If yes, please delete those records temporarily and check whether it is running fine.0
