Machine Center - Multiple efficiency rate

Greetings,

Is there a way to have multiple efficiency rates per machine center? For example - if a machine is being used to produce multiple products, the efficiency rate might differs between one product to another. If this can be achieved, the schedule in the respective production order can be calculated accordingly.

Hi.

Nope not in standard Nav so this will need to be developed. The efficiency rate is help on the machine centre record and so can only be 1 value. You would need a bespoke table to hold many efficiency levels to a machine centre and this table would hold a item number as a cross reference. Then the real work begins in changing the manufacturing process routine.
Or create an additional machine centre for each different efficiency rate and include each as appropriate in the routings. Much easier.
