POS Login is very slow

Dear All,
We are using NAV2013 RTC, SQL 2008 R2 & at POS LS Retail 2013 version.
All the POS Login are very slow. Each POS has 4 GB RAM & WINDOW 7.
Once Staff entering the Staff ID & Password then its taking 10 seconds time to login to the POS.
Please help with the solution as its very frustrating for our Sales Staffs.

There is one settting on POS where it deletes old transaction after a certain date. Maybe you have enabled this.
