NAV Outlook Synchronisation
Are you facing issues with the way NAV communicates with Outlook?
Or do you want to add more business rules to the integration between NAV and Outlook?
VS Solutions has redesigned the interface that NAV uses to communicate with Outlook in a way that it synchronizes Outlook folders off-line and where all business rules are programmed in NAV.
This gives you a huge benefit over the existing way NAV communicates with Outlook.
Your system manager or local Software partner can use this flexibility to change it according to your business.
With the Outlook Integration you can in theory link all tables to Outlook, like your customers, vendors and even bespoke tables that you use, including the business rules you want to apply to this synchronisation.
The Outlook Synchronisation Handler comes in 2 versions:
- the Basic version that exports data from NAV to Outlook,
- and the Extended version that also updates data from Outlook to NAV.
