nav 2013 r2. Server crashes after platform update 19

I've done a platform update in NAV 2013 R2 with cumulative update 19
- Overwrite RTC files
- Overwrite Server files
Now everything is crashing.
When I start the NAV Service, I can see this error in the log:
System.TypeLoadException was unhandled
Message=Inheritance security rules violated. Security accessibility of the overriding method must match the security accessibility of the method being overriden.
Server manager says it cannot load assembly Microsoft.dynamics.nav.management.dll
This happend in my Windows 2012 server
- Overwrite RTC files
- Overwrite Server files
Now everything is crashing.

Did you update C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\80\Service\Microsoft.dynamics.nav.management.dll and does its file version match those of the new files?
