Handling Customer Comments in RTC

In Nav classic client we have the ability to store the comments on customer card, and a pencil mark is shown where comment is already entered. How we can achieve the same in Nav 2013 RTC.

Also if we want to show these comments customer comments while entering Sales invoice how we can do that.........
