Handling Customer Comments in RTC

In Nav classic client we have the ability to store the comments on customer card, and a pencil mark is shown where comment is already entered. How we can achieve the same in Nav 2013 RTC.
Also if we want to show these comments customer comments while entering Sales invoice how we can do that.........

This is changed in RTC.
there is a action on customer card "comments". you have to insert comments here.
You can also show those comments in a fact box.
Do you want to copy those comments to sales invoices etc?0 -
I just need to show those comments in fact boxes while entering Sales Invoice, so that biller can see the comments entered for respective customer0
