Outlook E-Mail Connector
E-mail Import functionality.
Do you want to import e-mails from Outlook into NAV?
Do you want to store documents that your customers and vendors send you in NAV?
Do you want NAV to find the Contact or Job number for you so you can do this quick and efficient?
Regardless of your version of NAV, with the Outlook E-Mail Connector you can do this.
In the Outlook E-Mail Connector, you select the folder of your Outlook (or a folder of someone else), load the e-mails, select the e-mails and attachments you want to import, give them useful descriptions, and import them into NAV.
Based on certain rules, NAV will find the contact or job that the e-mail has to be linked to, so the only thing you need to do is tick a box and you are set.
The e-mails are stored in a separate mail-library that can be accessed from the Job or Contact card / page.
The attachments are stored in a Document Library which comes with the Outlook Mail Handler. From this library, you can directly e-mail your documents; NAV will add them as attachments of the mail you create in NAV, directly from the document library.
