NAV 2013 R2 - Editing Session List page 9506

Hi all,

I was trying to follow the steps listed in the link below to add an Action to kill off Active Sessions.

However when I tried to compile the page, NAV Development prompts me
"You do not have permission to modify the 'Session List' page. Please contact your system administrator to have your permissions changed."

I am logging in as SA now.
Could anyone advise on why am I encountering this error?

Please check which license are you using and whether license has permissions to modify the page

How do i check which license has what permissions?
