NAV 2015 Compiling Table Problem

How can we prevent saving Tables with non-existent Lookup Page ID/DrillDown Page ID for NAV2015? As it is able to compile and run with no error.

There is a whole bunch of this stuff in NAV and it is related to the fact that we can compile individual objects instead of the whole solution. NAV then again compiles at runtime.

The thing is it is able to run and no errors at runtime. While at 2013 R2 we can't compile the table if it has a non existent lookup page.
