Error at Creating Account in GCoA (Varchar Datetime)

Hello Alltogether,
we are getting this error when we try to add a new Account in the Group Chart of Accounts.
May this connect to the Compatibility on the Database or Server, or Maybe on Regional Settings on Application or Database Server?
