Deny permission to link Table directly in MenuDuite

I have a user with almost super-user rights. He is denied of Object designer but allowed to design MenuSuite and assign users to it.
Our problem is, IF this user wanted to access any data directly at the table level, he just create a link or menu item in menu suite for the table and open it.
So, no point in hiding Object Designer from him. This company wanted to block any users in accessing tables directly and changing it.

is there a way to deny this permission (stop linking any tables directly?)

I just wanted to know whether it is possible to deny permission to link a table directly at the menu?

Not sure but you can try removing rights of "Table" in permission sets. "Table Data" is required for normal Read/Write/Delete.
