Delete Windows Login from Native Server Database

Dear all,
How to delete the garbage record from the Windows Login Table
( ID 2000000054) ?
The record contains blank value in ID Column(PK) and Text value in SID Column.
System ( DB Server ) gets hang when trying to delete this record and giving following error message.

TCP/IP error ECONNREFUSED
...
We are using Nav 2009 R2 Native Server.
