Install NAV 2015 3 tier whitout Domain Controller

Hy All.
I would post a to all an architectural question.
I would instal three tier NAV 2015 in a configuration without Domain Controller.
If I mantain NT/Network Service as user of STN service and I use NavUserPassword account as login credential type to NAV, I believe that the starting goal can be reached.
Can someone give me some suggestion?
