Can anyone please share the link of videos to understand the basic functionality on Data Migration (Rapid Implementation Methodology Toolkit) for NAV 2009 SP1 or R2

I have used it in NAV 2009 R2... It runs SOOO SLOW. It is much better to just Dataports. Or, even better if you have the ability use SQL directly, it will be finished in a second!
