Navision crash when changing page setup during printing

We are using NAV5.1 and just upgrade Citrix server to Windows Server 2008 64bite version. Now NAV will crash when user click Page Setup during printing. Does anyone have an idea how to resolve it?
Another strange thing is this error only happens in one database. We don't have issue to change page setup on another database. Both DB are NAV5.1.
