Service planning

Hi guys,

One of our customer is asking for a more graphical tool for the planning of service order (instead of using the dispatch board).

We might use the same solution as the Production planning, where orders can be switched and changed and saved.
But if a similar product exists as an add-on, plug-in, whatever, we would like to get in touch with it first.

Have been looking into the vertical solutions list of Microsoft and guess what?I didn't find any ....
