NAV 2013R2 RTC Crash

I am facing a NAV2013R2 RTC crashing issue.

This issue is only in one particular PC. also no issue if logged in as user with administrator rights.
For other users, having this crash issue. All users are domain users.

Have tried to reinstall
NAV2013 R2 Client (as administrator).
.net framework 4.5

Just after after crashing, always have two errors in event viewer

    We have the exact same issue happens intermittently when trying to print a PO.
    anyone have any ideas. We have reinstalled the OS on this PC.
