Error on Order Planning

Hi All.
I am running Order planning for the production demand.
When I click on Calculate plan, the system is giving the below error.
"REQUISITION LINE ALREADY EXISTS. IDENTIFICATION FIELDS AND VALUES; WORK SHEET TEMPLATE NAME ='',BATCH NAME = '' AND LINE NO= 22220"
Can any one let me know why this error is coming and from where does the system take the line no.
This is in version NAV 2013.
Note: there is no requisition line created with the keys mentioned in the error.
