US Payroll Solutions

We are looking for payroll add-ons for the US market. So far I came across Serenic HCM but heard from negative experiences from customers. Can anyone suggest other solutions that work as add-on in NAV and are ready for NAV 2015?

The US market for the last few years has moved more and more to hosted payroll solutions and away from in house bundled solutions.
The areas driving this is the increased complexity and enforcement of payroll tax laws - for example travelling employees may be subject to state payroll taxes in multiple states - and for confidentiality reasons - keeping payroll data out of the ERP system.
I am not aware of any choice other than Serenic, and that is a declining market for them.
I have seen multiple companies drop Serenic and move to hosted solutions. I have not seen a new Serenic payroll implementation in years.

With hosted solutions, you are referring to solutions from ADP, Intuit Payroll, right?

Right - there are many others to choose from as well.
