Time Zone error message when changing database

Hello,
We are getting the following error message when changing to a different database when using remoteapp on RDC.

'The time zone with ID 'vasteuropa, normaltid' was not recognised on the server. Update your computers time zone definitions'

Has anybody come across this before?

I'm struggling to find a solution at the moment.
