Can't see any .NET Class listed on creating DotNET variable

Hello,
i wrote a small assembly and copied it into the service AddIn folder. So its selectable on add a DotNET-variable. But after selecting it i cant see any classes to select. Using strong name ends with the same result. Also several blogs cant help me.
I've tried a lot of things, compiling only for x64, using a setup to install - nothing works to see the classes in my assembly.
Why is this?
Using ex. ClosedXML by copy it into addin folder is successful without registering it so i dont think I've to register my assembly (?).
