When posting completed output in 4.0 using the output journal, the output line in the ledger entries shows the Cost (Expected) but not the Cost (Actual). When does the cost show as actual?

we've done the Adjust Costs and that does not replace the actual with expected. actual does not change from 0.

Is the production order set to finished status? Adjust Cost batch job "invoices" finished production orders only.

No, this is normal - we ofter have to implement functionality we do not understand.
The important thing is to forward the knowledge - any experice you have with this project put here in mibuso forum, so others can have a easier time.
