Unique Report Problem

Hi Everyone,

I got a unique problem: One of the user when he runs a particular report, it looks like ERROR.jpg. However, when I run the same report, it works perfectly.

I tried the following: - I made sure we are looking at the same report; we are in the same database. Made sure no unique user filters were set on the report. I tried deleting the ZUP file. I asked another user to log on to the users work station and the report worked perfectly for the user (who logged in). ](*,)

Any ideas what's going on? Anyone ever faced this issue before and how can I solve the problem.

Figured out the problem with the help of co-worker.

The problem was that the user had a default printer set to Zebra printer (label printer). Changed the default print to Adobe PDF writer and the user was able to run the report perfectly.
