NAV 2009 PDF Report gives an I/O error

When I try to 'print' a report to PDF (Select PDF in the print Dialog) I get "An I/O Exception occurred during the operation".
Additionally I also get this error when using the SAVEASPDF function.
When I start the RTC client on the NST server, everything works as expected.
I already reinstalled the Report viewer but that didn't solve my problem.
Any more ideas?
