NASMSnapIn.msc won't work (Snap-In could not be created)

Hello,

I have this well-known and popular message for one of our customers. Unfortunately only the text specified in the subject is shown in the management console , nothing else. The Visual C++ 2008 redistributable package is installed. Perhaps the event Viewer remains. Unfortunately I don't know exactly, where I actually have to look. I have found the folder server role, Windows logs, application and Services logs, Microsoft, and Windows Small Business Server, each with sub folders to choose from. Can the area where to look at be narrowed?
