Generate Empty Rows in RDL(C) Report Layout

Hello everyone,
I need to generate 25 empty or filled lines no matter in which condition report is. In every page I need 25 rows. I don't want to add 25 lines in body part. Is there any method for it? Thank you for your help.

You can use a Integer data item with MaxIteration of 25, then you don't need to add 25 lines in body part, only one line with column data on data item.
