Nv5 Permission issue

hi
am having this error when i try to restore a backup in nav5 using a developer licence-You do not have permission to run the '0' 8. Contact the system manager if you need to have your permissions changed. how can i go about this?

The backup was from a 2009 R1 or later client - check what client version was used on the original database that was backed up and restore using the same client version.0
