I can't open DB in Development Environment

Hi to all.

I have a big problem, if any one can help me I will be very thankful. The problem is:
-When I open Development Environment of NAV2013, NAV2013R2, NAV2009 and I try to open a database I see this error:
You can only grant or revoke permissions on objects in the current database.
*(all those versions have worked correctly with theirs databases till yesterday).
-At first I was thinking there is problem with SQL security or something like that, but NAV2015 which database is on the same instance (on my local computer), is working correctly. I can edit and work with all Databases via SSMS, also I can work with RTC. I'm having this problem only when I try to connect via Development Environment.

I like to hear any suggestion
