Move NAV 2013R2 tenant to NAV 2015 CU4

Hi,
We're in the process of moving tenants from one environment to another.
The old environment is based on NAV 2013 R2 W1, and is running multitenancy with no changes to application code except for reports.
The new environment is NAV 2015 CU 4.
So we need only to update the customer data and only for 1 tenant at the time.
How do we do that?
We would prefer not to change anything in the old environment.
What are the basic steps?
I am only able to find upgrade guides to single tenant installations it seems.
