Is it possible to Adjust the height of pages (RTC)

hi all,
we a designed a page in which it has repeater and PartPage(Subpage). It has the Repeater first following the subpage. Now, the problem here is, in some situations the repeater will have 2-3 records as per the filter applied and subpage will have 6-10 records.
that means : 1 records in repeater = 6 records in subpage as per filters applies.
here the repeater is occupying the more space in the screen, and subpage is have very less space in the window.
Is it possible to adjust the height of the page Or Resizing
please suggest me
