Role Center Page issue

I have created new card parts (additional graphs) and have added it to the Purchasing Agent Role Center Page. I am able to go into customize this page and see the new card parts and add them and view them on the role center page. I have assigned the another user the same Profile ID (Purchasing Agent), but he is unable to view the new card parts when he goes to customize this page. Has anyone come across an issue like this? I was thinking it was a User Metadata issue? Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance.
