NAV2013R2 Windows Client to login by local account

Hello NAV experts,
I have one issue and I hope you can help me
- I`ve installed NAV2013R2 in one machine/server/ and configured to login by local account /NavUserPassword/. It`s working fine on the server.

I have to configure an another client computer to login by local account. Other users need to access into this server by local account.
- I`ve created certificates in Trusted People on client computer.
- Changed values of ClientUserSetting.config on client computer.
Issue: But can`t access into server from client computer and below error occurs:
"The service principle name (delegation) configuration has been set incorrectly. Server connect URL net.[url=tcp://]tcp://[/url]<servername>:7046/DynamicsNAV71/Service'. SPN Identity:"DynamicsNAV/<servername>:7046". The x.509 certificate CN=NAV2013R2 is not in the trust people store. The X.509 certificate CN=NAV2013R2 chain building failed. Replace the certificate or change the certificateValidationMode."
How can I solve it? Please ](*,)
