ADCS in NAV 2015 - Telnet error

Hi,
I have a problem with ADCS in NAV 2015.
I configured everything according to this page:

When I 'o localhost 6666' in telnet app, I get error from attachment
Anyone know how to repair this issue?
I'll appreciate any help with this issue.

Your error is pointing to message queues.
Do you have it setup exactly like the blog?
