Saving .net memorystream into blob

Hi,
i've tried some examples how to use .net memorystring for saving into blob. They're all processing the same error "can not convert .net stream into navoutstream" running on NAV2015. All theese examples are NAV2013 or older.
Zdenek wrote on http://dynamicsuser.net/forums/t/82433.aspx the same question without getting a result. I've no idea if he's on NAV2015 like I do.
Does somebody has his solution also running on NAV2015? I've tried to save a excel workbook created with ClosedXML.Excel directly into a stream but getting no success.
Any idea?
