User not able to login after Changing in permission

Hi experts,
After changing the permission of user from "SUPER" to "SM-Q/O/I/C,POST" -Post service order.User not able to login in NAV (2013R2) and get this error "You do not have the following permissions on Codeunit ApplicationManagment: Execute."(Please find attachment).Is i need to add other permission to make sure that user can login in NAV??
Any help will be greatly appreciate.
