Report previews unreadable (data with low resolution)

Hi everybody,
I have got a problem with my NAV reports that since a couple of days every time the users open a preview it shows the letters/numbers with a low resolution that is in some cases unreadable. When they zoom the page in, everything looks normal but they have to scroll it left/right to see the data. As this is something our users do constantly, they are complaining a lot.
I have checked the printer driver and tried setting a different printer as default but nothing changed. I have also tried changing the monitor resolution with no luck. Does anybody have an idea of what should be done in this case?
I am sending attachments with samples of one report previewed before and after the problem. This one is the "Inventory Valuation" but the same happens to any report.
Notes:
* We are running NAV 2009 SP1 classic with local and TS clients.
* Printing is not a problem. It happens only with the previews.
Many thanks!!!
JJ

Check the below link, not sure if it applies but worth a try

Hi Suresh,
Unhappilly, this is not aplicable to our case. We are running NAV 2009 classic on a Windows 2008 Standard server but the solution applies to the RTC on Windows 2008 R2...
I changed the screen resolution to a 4:3 rate as suggested anyway but it did not work as well...
Thank you for the tip0
