Blank labels (2 and more) are feeding out inbetween printing

Can anyone suggest me a solution.

Blank labels (2 and more) are feeding out inbetween printing.
Printer used : Datamax H-6308
Application Version : 83-2546-12G1 12.071 4/8/2010

Do i need to upgrade the firmware to fix this issue ? :?: :?
Is there anyother solution please let me know.

Note : Pallet printing

    I checked with Datamax and got a solution.
    This sounds like a calibration issue, however here are some steps that you should take:

    1) Check that there are no labels left in the sensor
    2) Check on the printer under media settings that, it is set to Gap mode sensing
    3) If the above steps do not resolve this, then complete the following;
    a) Remove labels from the printer and close printhead
    b) Press PAUSE + FEED button for 5 sec’ and release, printer should respond with Empty Cal Complete
    c) Re load media
    d) Now press Feed and keep depressed until printer starts, then release printer should respond with Calibration Complete

    4) Now try printing again and the skipping labels should be gone.


    It worked . 8)
