Cannot import C/SIDE exam training fob files

Hi,
I cannot import training fob files with the following error message. The text files are imported Ok but I'd need to change the object IDs there first.
Please, help if anybody could have an idea how I could solve it.

    Do what the error message says: Import the objects ind NAV 2013 Dev enviroment (you dont have to install NAV 2013, just download the version and run finsql.exe and create a new db), then export the objects from NAV 2013 and then import the exported objects from NAV 2013, in the database where you need the objects

    Thank you for your advice, alvi99. I did get NAV 2013 (not R2) installation files that is lower version to 2013 R2 that I'm using. Then, I ran the finsql.exe and all was good as predicted:)
